No worries. Just go to the Sign In Page on Fuse.tv/signin and select the Change Password button or click here. Enter the email used in your account and you will receive an email to reset your password.

If you forgot your TV Provider account info, you must choose your TV provider from the list, and you’ll be taken to their website. Look for the “forgot password” button and follow the steps from there.
