I am getting an error when signing up on my Apple TV. What can I do?
We have prepared a guideline on how to resolve the error when you are signing up via your Apple TV for the first time.
If you sign into Fuse+ and get an Error #5004 after entering your Apple ID, you need to make sure to go into the settings on your device and confirm in Accounts that the Apple ID used is filled in and is the same one you signed up with on Fuse+

Once the default Apple ID matches the one used on Fuse+, you can open up the app and try activating the account again and it should work fine.
